3-Phase Gw9 Isolator Switch High Voltage Compatibility Safe Isolation, Efficient for Power Line Operations

Product Description

Product Description

3-Phase Gw9 Isolator Switch High Voltage Compatibility Safe Isolation
3-Phase Gw9 Isolator Switch High Voltage Compatibility Safe Isolation
Disconnecting Switch

A disconnecting switch: in the sub-position, there is an insulation distance between the contacts that meets the requirements of the regulations and an obvious disconnect mark; A switchgear that, when in close position, can carry current under normal loop conditions and current under abnormal conditions (such as short circuit) for a specified period of time. Generally refers to the high voltage isolation switch, that is, the rated voltage in 1kv and above the isolation switch, usually referred to as the isolation switch, is the most used in the high voltage switch electrical appliances, its own working principle and structure is relatively simple, but due to the use of large, high reliability requirements, on the substation, power plant design, establishment and safe operation of the impact are greater. The main feature of the brake is that there is no arc extinguishing ability, and the circuit can only be divided and closed without load current.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the product quality guaranteed?
Quality is strictly controlled through a standard process: a pre-production sample is always evaluated before mass production, followed by a final inspection before shipment to ensure high performance.
What types of products and fittings are available?
The available range includes concrete poles, electric power fittings, pole fittings, underground conduits, and high-strength power bolts.
What are the technical advantages of these power line solutions?
Comprehensive overhead power line equipment technical consulting is provided along with product supporting integration to ensure seamless installation and system durability.
What is a disconnecting switch and how does it function?
A disconnecting switch is designed to provide clear insulation distances and an obvious disconnection mark in its sub-position. In its closed position, it can carry normal circuit currents and support short-circuit currents for specified timeframes.
Can a disconnecting switch extinguish electrical arcs?
No, disconnecting switches do not have built-in arc extinguishing capabilities. They must only be operated (divided or closed) under no-load current conditions to ensure safe operation.
What electrical voltage ratings does the HGW9 series support?
The HGW9 series isolator switches are rated for 12KV service voltage with options for 200A, 400A, and 630A rated currents, designed for secure performance on power distribution lines.
