The fire-resistant busway of our company adopts high-quality T2 conductive copper bars with a copper content of ≥99.95% and a resistivity of ≤0.01777Ω·mm²/m. The surface of the conductor is wrapped with more than 3 layers of mica tape insulation (heat resistance ≥1100°C), and silica cotton (heat resistance ≥1600°C) is used for heat insulation between the conductor and the shell. The shell is made of high-quality steel plates with a thickness of over 2.0mm. After derusting, degreasing, phosphating and drying, the surface of the shell is electrostatically sprayed with fire-resistant powder to prevent the shell from burning in a flame. The shell structure is in the form of inner and outer grooves, which prevents flames from directly or indirectly burning the conductors and damaging the insulation, and ensures the necessary protection level and the integrity of the circuit under sprinkler conditions.
